What is the situation when the natural gas safety valve keeps pulling in?

Check the following:

1. Try changing two batteries. If the battery power is not enough, the electromagnet will attract oil and not keep, which is what you mean. Adjust the damper to make the middle fire panel burn. The natural gas valve is a quick-closing electromagnetic valve, usually connected to a gas detector. When gas leaks, it will quickly close to cut off gas supply (at this time, the reset lever will drop). Once the danger is eliminated, the valve needs to be manually lifted and pulled (manual reset, no automatic). At this time, the valve is in the open state and resumes gas supply.

Types of natural gas safety valve

Piston-type safety valve: The valve core is a flat plate. When the supply pressure acts on the活塞A, if the pressure exceeds the safety value determined by the spring, the活塞A is pushed open, and some compressed air is discharged from the valve mouth into the atmosphere; when the supply pressure is below the safety value, the spring drives the活塞向下移动并关闭阀口.

Ball and diaphragm-type safety valve: Its working principle is the same as that of the piston-type safety valve. These three types of safety valve are all with a controlling spring, and the safety value can be changed by regulating the pre-tension of the spring. Therefore, they are also called direct-acting safety valves.

Preceding-type safety valve: The small direct-acting valve provides a control pressure on the diaphragm, and the hard core is pressed against the valve seat. When the gas source pressure a is greater than the safe pressure, the valve core opens, and the compressed air is discharged from the left output hole into the atmosphere. The diaphragm-type safety valve and the preceding-type safety valve have good pressure characteristics and sensitive action; however, the maximum opening force is relatively small, that is, the flow characteristic is poor. In practical applications, the type of safety valve should be selected according to the actual needs, and the diameter should be selected according to the maximum exhaust volume.
